Welcome to Lovely Jaiswal Makeup Studio. By booking our services or interacting with our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following luxury service terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms represent a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client") and Lovely Jaiswal Makeup Studio (the "Artist"). A booking confirmation implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Service Execution & Timings

• Punctuality: Time is of the essence in luxury bridal prep. The Client must be ready at the agreed start time. Delays exceeding 30 minutes may result in rushed services or cancellation without refund to prevent impacting subsequent bookings.
• Workspace: The Client must provide an adequate working environment: a well-lit area, a table for setup, a comfortable chair, and access to electrical outlets.

3. Client Responsibilities & Allergies

The Client must inform the Artist of any known allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to service. The Artist uses premium, internationally certified products but cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects.

4. Travel & Accommodation (Destination)

For outstation or destination weddings:

• The Client is responsible for all travel expenses (flights/cabs) and safe, hygienic accommodation for the Artist and their team.
• Per-diem charges or travel day fees may apply as stipulated in the custom quote.

5. Photography & Copyright

The Artist reserves the right to capture behind-the-scenes footage, photographs, and videos of the makeup process and final look. These may be used for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes unless a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to booking.

6. Liability Limits

The Artist’s liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the services. We accept no liability for third-party delays (e.g., photographers, decorators) affecting our timeline.
