Refund Policy

At Lovely Jaiswal Makeup Studio, we pride ourselves on delivering an unparalleled luxury experience. Because we commit to exclusively blocking our calendar for your special day, our booking and refund policies are structured to protect the integrity of our premium services.

1. Booking Policy & Advance Payment

• To secure your wedding date and time slot, a 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required.
• Dates are booked on a strict first-come, first-served basis. A booking is only confirmed once the retainer is received.
• The remaining 50% balance must be cleared either before the event day or immediately upon the artist's arrival at the venue, prior to commencing services.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, cancelling a confirmed booking results in a lost opportunity for our studio.

• The 50% initial retainer fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• If cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the event, the client remains liable for the full 100% of the booking cost.

3. Rescheduling & Adjustments

If you need to change your event date, we will do our utmost to accommodate the new date, subject to our availability.

• Rescheduling requests must be made in writing at least 45 days prior to the original date.
• If we are unavailable on your new date, it will be treated as a cancellation, and the retainer remains non-refundable.
• Downgrading packages or removing members from a group booking after confirmation is not permitted without forfeiting the cost of those services.

4. Force Majeure

In the highly unlikely event that Lovely Jaiswal is unable to perform the services due to severe illness, acts of God, or extreme emergencies, a full refund of all monies paid (including the retainer) will be issued immediately. We will also make every effort to secure a replacement artist of equal caliber from our luxury network.
